  • After-sale services for the miner

    Services within the warranty period

    ① We provide a 6-month warranty period from the date of shipment for the whole miner.

    ② The customer is responsible for sending out the malfunctioned equipment and bears the corresponding logistics costs.

    ③ We will make a corresponding analysis and overhaul after receiving the malfunctioned equipment.

    ④ If the analysis report shows that the failure is not caused by the customer's operation, the repair will be borne by us, and we will also bear the logistics costs for returning the miner.

    ⑤ If the fault is caused by the customer, the customer will be the one who needs to bear the corresponding maintenance cost. We will offer a repair quotation and complete the repair with the customer's consent.

    ⑥ Under normal circumstances, it takes five working days from the start of maintenance to completion.

    ⑦ After the customer completes the payment, the after-sale service department will arrange the shipment.


    Services outside the warranty period

    ① Repairs over 6 months from the shipment date will incur a cost.

    ② After receiving the malfunctioned equipment, we will make a corresponding analysis and overhaul.

    ③ According to the analysis report, we will provide the corresponding maintenance quotation.

    ④ After obtaining the customer's consent, we will start the repair process.

    ⑤ Generally, it will take five business days to complete the repair.

    ⑥ After the customer completes the payment, the after-sale service department will arrange the shipment.


    After-sale services for the parts

    ① For the power supply and fans we provide a 3-month warranty from the date of shipment.

    ② For large boards (PCBs with ASIC chips installed) we provide a 3-month warranty from the date of shipment.

    ③ Cables are not within warranty scope. Please purchase new cables for replacement.
